They are special additives produced using only vegetable oils as a raw material. They are used for the production of asphalt mixtures that can be processed at room temperature and are used for road maintenance: traditional cold mixes, cold asphalt made with bituminous emulsions and cold-mix asphalts produced with recycled bituminous membrane and rubber powder deriving from discarded tires. The asphalt mixture produced using these additives, is preserved in perfectly plastic time, hardens quickly as soon as it is put in place and has the particular characteristic of being odorless.
